These general terms and conditions of sale govern the activity of ENTHALPIE, a limited liability company with capital of €6,000, registered in the NÎMES Trade and Companies Register under number 827 969 882, whose registered office is located at 7 rue de Broussan 30128 Garons, and which carries on its business at its establishment at 7 rue de Broussan 30128 Garons by operating the “Télé Bleue” brand (hereinafter “Télé Bleue”). They are brought to the attention of any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the https://telebleue.fr or https://temple-cesar.fr website (hereinafter “the customer”) and set out the contractual provisions and conditions applicable to any reservation made on this site.
The purpose of “Télé Bleue” is to organize and market investigation games for groups of 2 to 7 people, organised at its premises at 7 rue de Broussan 30128 Garons, and at 5 rue Notre Dame 30000 Nîmes, as well as outdoor life-size investigation games in the center of Nîmes, where the meeting point is at Place des Arènes 30000 Nîmes. All Télé Bleue activities can be organised for large groups (more than seven people), including companies, works councils, school groups and private individuals.
Access to “Télé Bleue” facilities and services is exclusively by reservation on the website https://telebleue.fr or https://temple-cesar.fr, or by telephone on 04 66 700 700. Reservations are made for a specific day and time and are only valid for that time slot. Reservations are subject to availability, which is updated in real-time on the website. Reservations will only be firm and definitive once the customer has received a confirmation e-mail from “Télé Bleue”.
The prices indicated by “Télé Bleue” are in euros, all taxes included, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the services.
“Télé Bleue” reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the https://telebleue.fr or https://temple-cesar.fr website at any time.
In all cases, the service will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force and mentioned on the site at the time of booking.
“Télé Bleue” accepts payment by bank card, cash, cheques and holiday vouchers.
All other methods of payment are refused.
“Télé Bleue” reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee (if canceled less than 48 hours before the session) and/or a non-attendance fee of 30% of the total price of the activity.
In the event of the customer arriving 15 minutes or more late to the booked time, “Télé Bleue” reserves the right to cancel the service, without any refund being made.
Each performance is organised for groups of 2 to 7 people and lasts from 60 minutes to 120 minutes. Groups must arrive in full no later than 15 minutes after the start time of the performance. The service is offered in French and English (for city surveys, it is offered in French, English, Spanish, Italian, German and Chinese).
Access to the activities is reserved for people aged 15 or over. Children aged 10 and over may use the facilities provided they are accompanied by an adult. “Télé Bleue” reserves the right to ask for proof of identity to verify the age of players.
People with visual or hearing impairments may access the facilities if they are part of a group containing at least one person without a disability. People with motor disabilities may use the facilities. It is strictly forbidden to bring food or drink into the room where the game is being played. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke or vaporize in indoor activities.
Animals are strictly forbidden access to the facilities. Players must also leave their bags and bulky personal items in a locker provided for this purpose, for indoor activities only. For the purposes of the game, players will be required to handle the objects and facilities present. It is strictly forbidden to break or damage these objects. To preserve the interest and confidentiality of the game, all sound or video recordings and photographs are strictly forbidden.
By making a reservation via the https://telebleue.fr or https://temple-cesar.fr websites, the customer consents to the collection of personal data which is essential for the proper processing of orders. “Télé Bleue” undertakes never to communicate this information to third parties except in the cases provided for by law.
The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her (art. 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978). To exercise this right, please contact “Télé Bleue” by mail addressed to the head office.

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These general terms and conditions of sale come into force on 8 June 2023.
